Scope & Content: Item is a photograph depicting four men and three horse drawn carriages for Moore Bros. Transfer lined up on wooden planked Third Avenue in the 900 Block. Stumps and small buildings are in the background. In 1910 the cartage company was located at the corner of Third Avenue and 8th Street and run by the Moore brothers, Brenton and Roy. Originally from Applehill, Ontario, they went to the Yukon before arriving in Prince Rupert before the townsite was sold. The company name does not appear in the phone directories after 1913.
