Scope & Content: Series consists of photographs of the mining community Anyox located 60 km north of Prince Rupert. They include five vessels docked at the waterfront, including the John C. Potter, a vessel built at Searsport, M.E. in 1869 and purchased by the Granby Smelter Co. and converted into a barge, the power house, a crew of seven men "handling copper", S.S. Prince Rupert docked at the waterfront, No. 2 Dock and a view of the Granby Smelter from the water.
