Handwritten annotation on recto of copies 2 and 3 reads: Front Row - No - 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Dr. W. T. Kergin." Stamped annotation on verso of copies 2 and 3 reads: "Photo by Jack Wrathall Prince Rupert, B. C."
