Scope & Content: Item consists of four men dressed as cowboys riding horses at the 300 Block of 3rd Avenue West. The cowboys are from a rodeo visiting from Telkwa, B.C. Handwritten annotation on recto of copy 2 reads: "Cow Boys From Telkwa. Holding Rodeo. 300 Blk. 3rd. Ave. 1930." Stamped annotation on verso of copy 2 reads: "Photo by Jack Wrathall Prince Rupert, B. C."
