Scope & Content: Item consists of a view of the Hays Block built by David H. Hays and buildings in the 200 Block of 2nd Avenue West and 2nd Street after a fire. St. Andrew’s Anglican Cathedral can be seen on the right in the distance. Handwritten annotation on recto of copy 2 reads: “After Big Fire. Hays Blk. 200 Blk - 2nd. Ave & 2nd. St. Pr. Rupert. About 1930.”
