Scope & Content: Item consists of two men standing in front of a building made out of sand bags used to sell victory bonds on the 300 block of 3rd Avenue West. A sign on the building reads "Come in the Dugout and Buy Victory Bonds" and another reads "Invest in Victory Bonds and Drive a Nail in Hitler's Coffin." The man on the left is B.C. Premier and Prince Rupert MLA Duff Pattullo. Handwritten annotation on recto of copy 2 reads: "Prince Rupert. 400 Blk. 3rd. Ave. W. 1941. Duff Pattullo on left." Stamped annotation on verso of copy 2 reads: "Photo by Jack Wrathall Prince Rupert, B. C."
