Scope & Content: Item consists of Eleanor Moxley, Mrs. Duncan Miller and four soldiers standing in front of a building made out of sand bags used to sell victory bonds on the 300 block of 3rd Avenue West. A sign on the left reads "Invest for Victory and Help Stretch Hitler's Neck" and a sign on the right reads "Come in the Dugout and Buy Victory Bonds." Handwritten annotation on recto of copy 2 reads: "Elenore [sic] Moxley. - Mrs. Duncan Miller. 400 Blk. 3rd. Ave. W. Pr. Rupert." Stamped annotation on verso of copy 2 reads: "Photo by Jack Wrathall Prince Rupert, B. C."
