Scope & Content: Item consists of a view of a welcome arch from the Village of Metlakatla on Centre Street welcoming Canadian Prime Minister Sir Wilfrid Laurier to Prince Rupert. The arch reads: "Metlakatla's Welcome." A banner can be seen in the background reading "Vive Laurier!" Handwritten annotation on recto reads: "Centre St. 1910." Stamped annotation on verso reads: "Wrathall's Photo Finishing Cameras and Supplies Prince Rupert, B.C. Not to be Reproduced or Published Without Authority of Wrathall's Photo Finishing Prince Rupert, B. C."
