Typed annotation on recto of copy 2 reads: "Canadian Government Elevators Elevator Addition : Prince Rupert, B.C. C.D. Howe Co. Ltd. Consulting Engineering. No. Date." Stamped annotation on verso of copies 1, 2 and 3 reads: "Photo by Jack Wrathall Prince Rupert, B. C."
