Scope & Content: Item consists of a view of 3rd Avenue West from 5th Street including Watts & Nickerson, the Bank of Montreal, city hall Besner Block, cars and pedestrians. A wooden carving of an Indigenous man with a headdress can be seen beside the sidewalk. Handwritten annotation on recto of copies 1 and 2 reads: "Prince Rupert B.C. W." Handwritten annotation on recto of copy 2 reads: "3rd. Ave. From 5th. St. 1951. J.R.W." Stamped annotation on verso of copy 2 reads: "Photo by Jack Wrathall Prince Rupert, B. C."
