Scope & Content: Item consists of the road being rebuilt on the 600 Block of 3rd Avenue West. The view includes wooden walkways, pedestrians, Palace Meat Market, the Law-Butler Block and rail line in beneath street level. Handwritten annotation on recto of copies 1 and 2 reads: "3rd Avenue, Prince Rupert." Handwritten annotation on recto of copy 2 reads: "600 Blk. 3rd. Ave. W. Rebuilding Road. Allen Photo." Stamped annotation on verso of copies 2 and 4 reads: "Photo by Jack Wrathall Prince Rupert, B. C." Stamped annotation on verso of copy 3 reads: "Not to be Reproduced or Published Without Authority of Wrathall's Photo Finishing Prince Rupert Rupert, B.C."
