Handwritten annotation on recto of copy 4 reads: "2 - 3 - 4 500 Blks - 2nd. & 3rd. Ave's. Fulton St. Post Office. City Hall. Capitol Theatre. 1970." Stamped annotation on verso of copies 3 and 4 reads: "Photo by Jack Wrathall Prince Rupert, B. C."
