Scope & Content: Item consists of the construction site for a new federal building on the 400 block of 2nd Avenue West. The back of the old federal building and the Canadian Bank of Commerce can be seen in the background. The federal building would house the post office. Handwritten annotation on recto of copy 3 reads: "Building New Federal Post Office. 400 Blk. 2nd. Ave. W. 1962." Stamped annotation on verso of copies 2 and 3 reads: "Photo by Jack Wrathall Prince Rupert, B. C."
