Handwritten annotation on recto of copy 3 reads: "Building New Federal Post Office. 400 Blk. 2nd. Ave. W. 1962." Stamped annotation on verso of copies 2 and 3 reads: "Photo by Jack Wrathall Prince Rupert, B. C."
