Handwritten annotation on recto of copy 2 reads: "Exchange Blk. Fire. 3rd. Ave. & 6th. St. Feb. 22 - 1961." Stamped annotation on verso of copy 2 reads: "Photo by Jack Wrathall Prince Rupert, B. C."
