Handwritten annotation on recto of copy 2 reads: "S.S. Kathern [sic]. Hit by S.S. Prince Rupert. Sept. 1st. 1951." Stamped annotation on verso of copy 2 reads: "Photo by Jack Wrathall Prince Rupert, B. C."
