Scope & Content: Item consists of Clarence Insulander, two other men and one woman stand outside of the CFPR Radio station at 2nd Avenue West and 3rd Street with trees to the left. The man standing farthest on the right is a Canadian Army officer. Handwritten annotation on recto of copy 2 reads: "C.F.P.R. - C.B.C. Clarence Insulander. 1942." Stamped annotation on verso of copies 2 and 3 reads: "Photo by Jack Wrathall Prince Rupert, B.C."
