Scope & Content: Item consists of a view of the exterior of the Federal Building and Post Office on 3rd Avenue West with a small structure to the left with a sign that reads "Invest in the Best". A large crowd of people line the sidewalk, cars are parked on the road and a woman can be seen pushing a baby carriage. Handwritten annotation on recto of copy 2 reads: "Federal Bldg - Post Office. 400 Blk. 3rd Ave. 1943. Pr. Rupert." Stamped annotation on verso of copy 2 reads: "Photo by Jack Wrathall Prince Rupert, B. C."
