The Besner Block can be seen in the distance. On the right are two men and the Capitol Theatre. Handwritten annotation on recto of copies 2 and 3 reads: "4 & 500 Blks - 3rd. Ave. W. Winter. 1929." Stamped annotation on verso of copies 2 and 3 reads: "Photo by Jack Wrathall Prince Rupert, B. C."
