Scope & Content: Item consists of the Federal Building on 3rd Avenue West, a woman walking across the street, and a glimpse of the Besner Block and back of Museum of Northern B.C. The Federal Building housed the post office. Handwritten annotation on recto of copies 1 and 2 reads: "59 Post Office Prince Rupert, B.C." Handwritten annotation on recto of copy 2 reads: "Federal Bldg. Post Office. 1938." Stamped annotation on verso of copy 2 reads: "Photo by Jack Wrathall Prince Rupert, B. C."
