Sheppard fonds Scope & Content: The fonds consists of textual records, photographs, negatives, and maps that Allan Sheppard received while working for fishing companies or serving on boards and volunteering in service clubs. It also includes two dayminders from D.W. Souter and early photographs of Claxton and Kildonan Canneries from the early 1900s. Also included are photographs of the construction of the Canadian Fish & Cold Storage Company in 1911 at Seal Cove by Atlin Construction, and interior scenes of the plant in 1927, and a report entitled, "Salmon Cannery Pack Statistics, Nass and Skeena Rivers of British Columbia," by William M. Ross, for UBC, 1966.
